Once an order has been placed and payment has been accepted, we guarantee to ship the goods to you as soon as possible. If for any reason that period is expected to exceed 30 days we will email you to notify you of the expected delivery date.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your product, you can return it in the original packaging for a full refund, within 14 days of purchasing. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We only collect information from you when you place an order. When ordering from our site we will ask for your name, address, email address and telephone number in case of problems with your order. You are then asked to enter your payment details through the accredited and secure PayPal payment gateway. None of our staff at Your Signature Health have access to your payment details and no details are kept on file. We do not store any credit or debit card information. At Your Signature Health, we take your privacy seriously and we will never pass your contact details onto third parties.
